About

The E-invoicing Checklist is an initiative of the E-invoicing Trust Foundation. The E-invoicing Trust Foundation is an accredited organisation with a focus on adoption of e-invoicing in the EU. Apart from the E-invoicing Checklist, it also facilitates the E-invoicing Platform (formerly known as the EEI Platform) and the E-invoicing Trend Map (coming soon).

Let’s get to work

How do I use the E-invoicing Checklist?
Well, on this website, you can select some popular pre-selections. You can also choosen to go ‘a la carte’ and select only the chapters that are relevant to you. These are combined into your own personal E-invoicing Checklist, which is sent to you as a PDF document by e-mail.

Study your personal E-invoicing Checklist topic by topic. In each topic, read checklist item after checklist item. The checklist items are in orange. Many of the checklist items have an added explanation, marked by a “more information” badge at the end of each section.

Per checklist item, you can rate whether your organisation does (checkmark) or does not (x-mark) meet this requirement or whether it doesn’t apply to your organisation (indent). This way, you immediately know to which requirement your organisation can/should devote attention.

Now, you can start working on the improvement of the aspects of your invoicing process, collections process or even your purchase-to-pay process that need attention. Still need help? Head over to our contact form.
